Information in compliance with the Code on the subject of the protection of personal data

1.1. The owner of the processing is Travel Appeal, described in greater detail above, which will collect, through the Site, some of your personal data, including name, surname, home address, email address (hereinafter the “Data“). The Data will be collected via the forms for entering data that are on the Site.
2. Purpose and method of data processing – Nature of data provision
2.1. Your data will be processed first of all to carry out the registration you made and to manage related administrative and fiscal tasks. Provision of the data is required in order to proceed with delivering the service provided by the Company through the Site.
2.2. With your expressed and optional consent, your Data may also be processed for the following purposes:
a) sending newsletters containing promotional material and initiatives, messages and business communications from the Company;
b) carrying out analysis relating to the services used by you on the Site and, based on the results of this analysis, sending occasional email messages containing personalised offers and materials (so-called “profiling”);

3. Circulation and communication of data

4.1. Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants you specific rights, in particular:
a) to receive confirmation of whether or not personal data about you exist, even if they have not yet been recorded, and be notified of such data in an intelligible form;
b) to receive a note of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out using electronic tools, the personal details of the holder, the managers and the representative appointed in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 of this note, the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that might get to know about the data in their role as appointed representative in the territory of the state, managers or officials;
c) to receive: a) the updating, rectification or, where necessary, integration of the data; b) the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be stored as far as the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed are concerned; c) the declaration that the operations described in letters a) and b) have been made known, also in terms of their content, to those to whom the data was sent or circulated, unless fulfilling this is shown to be impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate means compared to the right upheld;
d) to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for justified reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertaining to the purpose of their collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material or to carry out market research or commercial messages;
e) to select the method with which you want to be contacted for the purposes mentioned in points 2.2.a and 2.2.c (should you give your consent to such purposes), and in particular to indicate whether you wish to be contacted by so-called traditional methods (paper post, business line with switchboard), by so-called automated methods (email, text message, phone line without switchboard, etc.) or by both methods.
